Paxton Cookbook?!?

Thu Jun 27, 2013 12:12 pm

Anyone know or have heard any updates on Paxton's Cookbook project that he eluded to on a few past shows?

I've been going back through some of the archives and recently have been relistening to the Homebrewed Chef (which fucking rocks - we need more content!!). On a few occasions, Sean meantioned a book project and that he was holding onto a few recipes for his upcoming cookbook (in reference to why some recipes were not up on his site). This was 1-2 years ago at this point, so I am curious if Pax has been able to push the book project forward at all. It would be a guaranteed purchase for me.

Please let us know if there are any updates. And if anyone has the opportunity, please rib Pax and Justin into reviving the Homebrewed Chef - it has so much potential.

Slainte!

J claims that HBC isn't dead... I'm thinking it's a vegetable (get it?!) and doesn't wake up from it's year and a half long coma.

He actually referenced it in the Chop and Brew episode #8 (the last one). So it appears it still alive.

I'll believe it when it happens.

I'll believe it when someone pays me enough to watch Chop and Brew.
