And it would give us different techniques and approaches.

Hey! I have a ticket to the grand banquet! I will be the first to buy his cookbook.

I would like to see this go towards a guest type show. Inviting guest chef's to be on. I have from time to time even seen some great beer related recipes on here, so that could even utilize that as a resource. However, would really like to see this go to a video podcast. The shows with Pax, something just seemed to be missing for me, I would kind of like to see this as Julia Child meets Mr. T kind of thing. A mans cooking show.

Good ol Chip Walton has a new show out called, "Chop and Brew".
Perhaps that could tide you over until Paxton gets some free time.
The guy needs to earn a living and support his family, right?
Paxton is awesome and I miss him, too. The food industry is pretty damn demanding. Even when not at work, you have to plan for the next time that you do work.
A chef NEVER has any real "down time".
Keep it up Pax, we'll leave the light on for ya!
