To give you all an idea of what we've been up against.
We are trying AGAIN to get our beer laws changed here in the state, to raise the ABW from 5% to 8%.....this was part of the discussion on the house floor today.....not quite Alabama....but close: http://tinyurl.com/7f82ufl
it did pass in the house, and is now on the way to the senate, where they have also almost passed their version to this same bill.

It's like Alabama but with sense.
