I know he has been very busy doing beer dinners for the whole country but we need some new home-brewed chef action up in myah...come back Paxton!...we miss your long, artsy descriptions of food...now that i'm full of fresh meet I need a little Home-brewed chef dessert...yeah...I said it...
planning a beer dinner for the holidays and need some more ideas
On Deck: porter, berliner weisse
Fermenting: xtra pale
In the keg/bottle: golden delicious apple cider, brown rice lager, german pils

J said that they were working on doing a couple of shows to make up for missed ones and get them back on schedule.

Spider -- have you been on the website lately? Broken links, links to other websites..... he must be REAL busy! Couldn't find the Rochefort 10 caramel recipe to top off my Rochefort 8 ice cream, :(

Well, ,that one and the one below it for a Rochefort creme brulee redirect to the Merchant du Vin site, who would be the importers. If it was a HBC recipe hosted on their site, it looks like it's down on their end.
