Yea, thats what makes it so much more convienent for me than running a gas pipe. I have years of experience wiring, and have put more than a few 220 dryer outlets in. My breaker box is about 10 feat from my garage door. Im gonna have to figure out a vent hood.
Just understand that this is a 110v griddle and it will take a LOOOOOOOOONG time to get it hot, let alone come up to a boil. Hell, it takes a long time for this bugger to griddle pancakes. The surface temp will be 450F but anything you want to boil you will have to start covered.
