Rodenbach Red/Grand Cru Clone from Sunday Show?

Tue Apr 11, 2006 9:12 am

Someone on the Sunday show mentioned that they had made a clone of Rodenbach Red that tasted more in between of the Red and the Grand Cru. I apologize, I believe it was Jamil, but I'm not 100% certain. Anyway, I was wondering if they could please post the recipe that they used to create this beer. I am primarily interested in what souring agents were used.

Cheers!

I'd be interested as well. I had the Rodenbach Red on tap at the Toronado last week and thought it was pretty tasty!

Not to be a pain, but the recipe, tips on brewing it, and some Q&A have all been posted in the morebeer.com forums about a year ago. If you could drift over there and do a quick search? :D
I hope my post helped in some way. If not, please feel free to contact me.
