Speaking of Jamil...

Thu Apr 06, 2006 6:38 am

I think my brewing buddy, who doesn't listen to the BN, is totally sick of hearing me relate things I've heard on the shows. I'm often quoting Jamil - particularly after the Jamil show. The other day he says (only-half jokingly, I'm sure), "if Jamil told you to jump off a bridge, would you?"

The answer was easy - if Jamil said he jumped off a bridge and got better beer...

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

I have always wanted to say this...

Yep, that's why Jamil went to Europe. Can't do these kinds of things here in the US:

Tourist Gives Tiger Beer

A drunken American tourist has been arrested for breaking into a zoo and feeding beer and ice cream - which he had allegedly stolen - to a tiger.

The man is believed to have stolen the beer and ice cream from the zoo shop and, as well as handing it to the tiger, drank so much himself that he passed out.

The 26-year-old was found by zookeepers the next day, still out cold, in front of the panda cage in Munich's Hollabrunn Zoo.

He has been charged with trespassing, theft and abusing animals.

I did NOT steal the beer or the ice cream. I thought they had that saying, "What happens in Europe stays in Europe."

Can't a guy relax a little on vacation?
