Sani-Rocks!!!!

I just finished listening to the Sanitization show. T'was da' bomb! The best yet in my opinion.

As a new comer to brewing, the show was very informative and set some things straight for me. I can only imagine the heartache it will save me from here on out.

The 5star guy was great. I've been using Iodophore up to now but plan to switch over immediately.

You guys smoke! And I don't mean cousin....although......smoke 'em if you got 'em.

Thanks!

I have some star-san (just got it) and plan to use it. I also like iodofor and probably continue using it, but after the show it became my second choice

I too am making the transition from Iodaphor and Onestep to Star-San and PBW. I guess all of the commercials got to me! :horse

I switched to StarSan a few months ago, and once I got past my fear of the foam, it's just been a great product to work with. Having heard this show, though, now I'm going to go out and try PBW. I've always used B-Brite for cleaning, so I want to see how well PBW matches up.

You know, I really want to try Starsan just to see what all of the hubub is about.
I'm a chef and i just got this 32oz bottle of btf iodophor from my food supplier for like 6 bucks (my wife will be checking me into aa before i finish that bottle).
I'm alive and well. Where am I?

I can hear it already, next time Jamil talks about cleansers.

"If you have any crack pipes or dirty carbon caked pots that you cook methamphetamine in then PBW is your cleanser of choice. It also works great for your tighty whiteys, and cleaning your syringes."

On a more serious note the StarSan show was very informative and useful!

As a side note, I have pretty much always used Star San and have had some fear of the foam...until the show. today when I brewed...I shook everything up till foam was everywhere and reveled in all the germ killing bubbles. It was very liberating...in a sort of foam phobia oppression release gay sort of way.
