I have the same problem at work except they haven't caught on to the BN yet. Someone suggested I try a free proxy. I am not familiar with proxy's and haven't had the time to try it but it might be worth a shot.
The little I did try netted this.

Paste the above link in and change forbiddensite to the site you want to go to. It worked for me at work but the problem I had was when you click on any link you lose the google proxy and the site is blocked again. I need to play around more.
