Hey guys. I'm sorry to have to announce that , Dan Gordon, due to sickness, has had to cancel his appearance today. He was even willing to try and make it with a massive fever, but we let him off the hook.
So we have decided to postpone the entire Lager discusion we had planned with him for his return. We figured we'd rather hear the good stuff right from the The Dan himself, so we'll save for the rescheduling
We do still have Beer Jeopardy planned for tonight, and our tasting Pilsner Urquel. After that, we will open the format up to you guys for whatever questions about brewing you may have. Any topics, processes, ingredients, styles...anything you would like to discuss. It's the open forum show. You can e-mail your questions to me in advance, call in the show *888-401-BEER* or Skype us at The Brewing Network. We'll be looking for contestants for Beer Jeopardy as well.
