bye the way taris...you mentioned on the sunday show chat that you had brewed an Alt beer...how did that come out???

Yummmmm Altbier. Thats the style of the month for our brew club. Cant wait for the meeting Tues so I can sample all the yumminess!

The Alt beer was my first brew. I took a few bottles to my LHBS where the owner is BJCP certified. He said it was a pretty good beer, very clean and true to style.

I was really anal about sanitization when I brewed my first few batches. The only thing that went wrong with this brew was the Carboy stopper fell into the Carboy while I was shaking the hell out of it trying to areate the wort.

I will send you guys a few bottles of beer as soon as I get a beergun.

I really enjoy the show and I hope to see all of you in Florida.
