Tasting for 2/5

Hey Guys whats on deck for the tasting for this Sunday. Looks like I'll finally be able to listen live. That is if my brewday is done...

So are you people going to just poo on corona, or actually talk about it?

I was disapointed in the lack of "real" discussion on Fat Tire. Ok.. so YOUR bottle tasted like "ass" - what's that taste like.. i am not an expert at tasting ass- Could that "ass-y" taste be that you got an old bottle?

I will be listening to hear the adjective of the week, that's for sure!

Actually, I think I said it "smells" like ass. In reality, it just meant I didn't like the smell. But as Justin would say, "that 's not good radio" :P

I think we did go over the tastes and impressions to some extent. Flat malt profile, Lots of biscuit or victory malt. Some staling notes (cardboard). Things just got out of hand when everyone in the chat room started to dis the stuff.

If you want to know what ass 'tastes' like though. you'll have to ask Justin :o :wink:
