That would be Alton Brown from the Food Network. Should write him and ask him what flavors that beer would bring out in cooking.

God, I saw that the other day in the store and i was like What a Tool. This is the guy that got me started homebrewing. The he goes and sells out to miller. Geesh, i thought the guy had some taste. I guess money will do that to a person.

EXACTLY!! I watched his show on homebrewing and that is what made me think it was worth a shot. I got some strange looks from the other shoppers when I went ARRRRRGGG, NOOOOOOO when I came up on this.
