From Drew Beechums article in Zymurgy this month.
"On the kegging side we'll use about 30 psi @ 35 deg F to achieve 4.5 volumes of Co2. Go for 8 feet in a serving line or prepare for a very spritzy pour.
To force carbonate set your regulator for 35 psi, hook onto the gas fitting , lay the keg on it's, and rock for 10 miutes."
I'm going to make up some longer cobra tap setups for the diet cola and a hard ginger ale.
Is headspace is going to be a factor when force carbonating?
The Sodastream sodas are 3 gallon in a 5 gallon corny.
My ginger ale is 4 gallon in the same.
Thanks in advance!
