That is properly referred to as the Asshat...
from some stupid SciFi show that died a terrable death... "firefly?"
Some dude named Jayne wore it.
Search for Jayne Hat for some geek talk about it.... also post an avatar and someone will send you the hat within minutes.

I am horrible with photoshop and frankly I don't want to caught playing with it at work would someone asshat my ugly mug...pudry please.
