NO DOUBT! My testicles felt a quick sharp shot of pain when I first looked at that. We had that same sort of fencing leading up to my high school and every year there would be at least one deer impaled on those nasty spikes on our way to school!

That poor bastard.
Saw a guy on Tosh.0 the other day jump off off a swing and he got hung up in a similar fashion.
