I hesitate to call anyone out on it, they could be going through personal issues that take precedence over sending beer... issues they don't feel comfortable talking about with people they only know online. I do have all the names of people that haven't sent anything, and have PMed them more than once to see what is up and gotten no response. Their names will be blackballed for 2012.
