I've been a chef on/off for the last 15 years, worked on lifts at ski resorts seasonally for the past 7 and became a bobcat chew toy just less than a year ago. Plenty of retail work to fill in the slow spots.

I'm a Corn Grader... I work for Casco (owned by Corn Products International.) I inspect corn coming in on trucks & boats, manage grain silos and deal with local farmers.
