My occupation has recently been updated from a crop consultant to the new distiller at New Holland Artisan Spirits. Not exactly brewing but man is it interesting. Pretty much just a valve turner at this point, but I get to fire up a still that was built in the 1930's everyday.

Went to school to be a radiographic technician, but the degree doesn't transfer to Australia. Currently working as a metallurgical lab tech with a gold research group.
