So Shelley has a conference in San Francisco Aug 4-7. I figured I would join her so I can visit some of the nice breweries and catch a couple Giants games. Sucks that they are playing the Rockies. (Thats who I saw them play last year when I went.) So at PacBell/SBC/AT&T park or whatever it is called come August I will make sure to be trying Dan Gordon's fine brews. And I do plan on hitting 21st Amendment.
Anything else obvious that I am missing?

Make reservations now to go on the Anchor Brewing tour. One of the best brewery tours that I have ever been on and one of the most difficult to get into on short notice.

Don't forget hitting the Toronado.

Rogue has a Taphouse in SF that opened after I moved out. They are said to have 44 Rogue taps.

If I am correct, Oz was saying that it was one of his favorite places.

Other then that... Marin Brewing, SF Brewing Company ( and Chinese food at Brandy Ho's across the alleyway. For the love of God, get your food MILD!), Russian River Brewing, and Moylens.. up North.

I would definitely go to the Magnolia. It is located in the Hayes (hope that's how they spell it), so the street itself is awesome and then the pub is really great too. It is definitely good for dinner as well as great beers. I am also sure your wife would love the pub too...

For great Chinese Food (S.F. has the biggest China Town outside of China) I would send you to the House of Nanking, directly in ChinaTown, great food, the location is not the prettiest I have ever seen, but trust the food. Great for a lunch.

Make sure to drink plenty of beer before you hit the ballpark...on an average you will be paying $8 for a pint.
