Chat problem

On Unbuntu, tried with both Chrome and Firefox to get into the chat, each tells me I am missing a plugin and they can't find it when I tell it to go find it. Odd.

Not displaying there either, but their support isn't that helpful, I am doing the latest round of updates to see if it fixes it.

Hey try going into synaptic and seeing if you have this installed icedtea6-plugin . If not try installing it restarting your browser and see if it works.
