chat room problem

I just formated my computer and when I hit the "chat now" button, there is a blank screen with "The Brewing Network" on top and a picture not downloaded on the center of it.

Nothing else comes up.

Can anybody tell me what do I do to go to the chat room?

its working fine here, make sure you have all the java updates on you system

Yeah, Oz is right. Go visit the fine folks at Sun and get the latest Java runtime.
