I got to asking about balancing sweetness and bitterness on another forum and got pointed towards this article.
Being the lazy non-math guy I am, I made a calculator in excelfor it and thought maybe some of you guys might like it as well.
The first sheet calculates target IBUs based on style, second sheet calculates your BV based on the finished beer.
