Anyone have any special beers lined up for Christmas day to share with family and friends? How about some delicious food in the works?
I will be serving prime rib and Bug's carrot cake ale. Later on I will bust out with a Boulevard Saison Brett I have been saving.

I was eyeing a 10# prime rib roast about an hour ago, but my wife can't eat any red meat or fat for the next few weeks
