Hey Guys, my name is Tyson and i am currently doing some research on a software company i'm starting up, i'm looking to help you guys in the microbrewery industry become more productive and profitable. So i am trying to find problems you have so i can hopefully help you and make your lives easier.
As a micro brewery what is one of the most frustrating part of your day?

May not apply as the Homebrew world is more cost conscious, but I run a RIMS system and have to carefully monitor the flow rates to prevent stuck sparges. This can be remedies by a better false bottom, which I am working on. Most of my issues come from equipment. A I said earlier, the Micro and Macro guys have some capital to handle these issues.
On a related point, process control is not, at our level of brewing, on par with Micro and Macro industries.
