As excited as I am over this finally coming out, I think I'll hold out for the BN store to have them. More money for Ramen & potentially signed copies.

I'm excited for this book to come out, but I expect it to be a very slow read. Whose doing the Malt book?

Hi Everyone,

I'm glad to see the excitement for the water book! John Palmer and Colin Kaminski are working on this title and it is currently on the fall publishing schedule. As soon as I have the full manuscript, I'll give another updated release date to Amazon. I'll also update the Brewers Publications FaceBook page with titles that are in production and post a table of contents once we are in full layout production with graphics. As per usual, there will be an AHA members-only sale before the release date. Stay tuned!

The Malt book is to be written by John Mallet, Brewery Production Manager at Bells.

Yeah, I think Stan mentioned that Water wasn't gonna be out til fall and that John was doing the malt book while he was on the session recently.

Amazon is saying Nov 7th

Walmart has it releasing on 11/28/13. I assume the BN will be selling signed copies?
