Maybe the piece should've been entitled, "Subtle inaccuracies in the popularly accepted history of IPAs that should be corrected." The author is really picking some nits, IMHO.

Conditioning: Nothing
On draught: Nothing

Maybe, but they are points regularly used by beer journalist and beer origination's that make money of such information and can be easily corrected

True enough. Journalists should strive for accuracy, something that happens far too infrequently in today's pressure cooker news media environment.
