Here is a link to a page describing HR 1161. Basically a bill by the National Beer Wholesalers of America, trying to shut down the ability of wineries to ship their product to consumers directly. You may not give a shit about wine, but it effects beer too. These are the guys responsible for the three tier system and they shouldn't be allowed to get stronger.
