So I love the Brew Strong show and I feel it has increased my knowledge tremendously. The shows are great, but no matter what, there seems to be a disconnect between learning new things (especially for a lonely, inexperienced brewer) and actually implementing them. During the Yeast Rinsing show, Jamil talked about how they should do a video of the process. I would love this to be available. I would even be willing to up my monthly donation! (Gasp!) Anybody wanna petition to get Jamil and John on some instructional episodes?
