I am finally getting better and it was too easy to do this, I don't know why people are afraid to do it... You are welcome though

Looking forward to trying Wutz's beers... unfortunately I brought a bit of a throat/nose/ear thing back with me from visits to see family, so it will have to wait until I can give them the attention the deserve.

Don't get too excited.

I don't claim to make good beer; I make beer.

Just a heads-up: the saison is significantly better as it warms. I hate it when I open it (almost to the point where I want to dump out the rest of the glass) but, if I let it warm on the counter before I drink it, it's fairly good. There seem to be some fermentation off-flavors that are easily detectable when colder that seem to disappear a little as it warms up.
Bottle: Lonely Beer Party Bitter, Mildly Amused, Saison Du Biz (two fermentors with slightly different ferm. temps), Noah's Parti Bitter

Kirk,
Got your beer Monday. I have a head cold and can't taste, so it is in the fridge waiting for my taste buds. Thanks

Wutz: You try either of the ones I sent? The spiced smoked porter has some of my dry rub spices in it from the pulled pork I do (left out the garlic, salt and brown sugar), but they don't really come through all that much.
