I had a lot of the 'B' beers from our yearly competition, and the ones with witty (or what the brewer thought was witty) names generally had the most off flavors. The best beers did not have stupid names, just the style names. Not sayin', just sayin'. Sometimes it's best to focus the efforts on fermentation.

This beer isn't intended to be award winning. Besides I don't think focusing on fermentation is going to prevent havings some fun with the name. For the reason we are brewing this beer, see my earlier post.

We did a test batch, and it turned out great. We ended up using 100% great western 2 row, and MT hood hops.
