Am I the only one that wants to see the rest of the process? He kinda acts like he just drinks it straight from the carboy after "10" days.

I can't imagine that 11 pounds of sugar and finely powered two row tastes like. No hops ..

I like that the mask is so you don't breath humidity on it... and not to prevent you from sucking down lungfuls of graindust...

I feel so proud. I think the kid had a fake NC tattoo on his left arm. They must be from Asheville, Beer City USA! Hope to see them at the next home brew club meeting, they can share their tips on crazy high efficiency due to the powder technique.

Regardless of the fact that he put it into boiling water, denaturing the enzymes pretty much immediately. He probably thinks that's the same thing as DME & he's just a brilliant guy saving some money.

Who needs hops when you have all the "bitterness" from powdered husks? Sorry Niko, this guy's gonna put you out of business.
