Big gay community/neighborhood in San Francisco. Not that I would know anything about it. :unicornrainbow:

Aah... site seeing. I think I'll stick with beer. Thanks.

Hater's gonna hate, but I still think Toronado is the classic beer culture destination in the city. If you are lucky, you might get yelled at by a bartender and you can tell your grandkids about it.

If you can book a tour of Anchor, that place is just jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

City Beer is a total beer geek squad lair. A little cramped, but I like the mix of beer to go and a few rotating taps of quality beer.

My favorite brewpub is 21A. They do some killer beers there. I really don't think the cans do justice to the beer they make at the pub, though I've heard they've improved since I last had them. Ya, and I really dig Magnolia too. Great english-style beers and a completely different vibe than 21A.

I'll second everyone else's suggestions and yes La Trappe serves up a nice Belgian menu - make sure to go downstairs for the main dining and drinking area.
