As long as Evil Dawson didn't quit. He's my favorite.

Sucks though. Otherwise it does seem like a natural fit to have them pick up where they left off over here. Assuming NB was even ok with it, Justin would still have to come up with a new business model to fund video production, and somehow convince all those guys to work for beer. They've got a ready audience, but paid programming probably wouldn't fly.

Dawson has a fledgling killer blog going at http://thebeerengineblog.com/ and this comment can be found on the about page, note that MZA is Dawson. Sounds like he's keeping mum.

From their site it looks like they've been looking for a new "director of retail" since Sept. Up until a few days ago they also had a full time retail position listed. I noted "bachelors degree preferred" in the listing... Seriously? To work the counter in a brew shop?

Silly, silly, silly.
I cant imagine a fresh college grad shooting right over to NB to apply for a counter position.
Not to be a douche about it, but most of the folks Ive seen in NB St Paul, dont look to be college grads.
Hipsters, and coolies is the vibe I get. But they very well could be grads. Who knows.
Hairy men and hairy women, too!
 :drink
Just sayin...
Ive havent used them for quite awhile, either.

Seriously though, with Keeler's sense of timing and Dawson's intellect, and without the restraints of working on behalf of a company, they would make an excellent show, regardless of format.

Could be video vignettes, could be podcasts, could be a live call-in show. Hook them up with some sponsors and simulcast through the BN, and they would increase the rate of new BN listenership even more.

I think all would welcome Keeler and Dawson's contributions to BN brewcasting. :jnj
