The way I see it, if you piss off the right person you could get in trouble. A government agency going after someone is usually due to the original actions/motivation of a single person. Someone has to drop the dime to direct attention towards you. The scary part is they can driven to do so by anger, fear, boredom, sense of duty, or any other wild hair up their buns.
