Brewing Shed

I am going to be building a brewing shed from scratch soon and I was wondering if anyone has done it. I have seen Jamil's shed but I can't afford the necessary foam insulation. What I am going for is more of a miniature house that would maintain about 70 degrees in the winter and summer. I'm in NC so it regulary gets up to 100 degrees in the summer and the winters are pretty mild.

Has anyone else built a brew shed?

-"But it's 7am"
-"Scotch?"

I've never done it but make you don't make it so much like a house you get taxed on it.

I think that if you are going to spend the time building one, then you might as well save up and wait till you do have enough money at least for some cheaper insulation so you really get the most bang for your buck. Even at 70 deg, you will want that shed to be cooler for your ales.
