So my wife and the two kids are out of town for a week in the mountains with the in-laws on vacation. I couldn't go along because we're in the busy season at my work and I couldn't get the time off. I was excited about the Sunday Session but it's not on this week so my opportunity for a good DoTW try was dashed. Well we recently moved and I haven't had time to properly set up my brew house which has led me to only brewing twice since we've moved in two months ago. Well with a day off and nothing to do I organize and set up my brew area in advanced of my planned Cranberry Wit brew on Tuesday. Well it's 5 o'clock and I just took a break to grab another beer and something to eat. The room is looking much better and I'll share pictures of how good it looks (and update how drunk I am) after I'm finished in a few hours. All the while, listening to my favorite back episodes of the brewing network.

With that said, back to the basement to finish the set up and drink a few more great beers. Next up. A Crooked Tree IPA from Darkhorse brewery. I've had it before on draft but never in the bottle. I figured I'd pick it up as I liked it pretty well when I had it on draft. Anyways, here's the pictures.
