Re: New England Beer Tour

I was really sad to hear about the flooding of hte Alchemist. I visited there few years ago, Jen took time away from working in the pub to give me and the family a full tour of the basement brewery, samples from the tanks, and t-shirts. Great people.

Vermont Pub and Brewery is on the list.
I don't know about American Flarbread; but shit, pizza n beer.
Sounds like Portland is a destination, too. Maine Brewing Co looks good (I had the Peepers last time I was around).
I will need to check a map and see in Ebenezer's is feasible.
Does anyone know The People's Pint in MA?

NHB, thank you, I will be in touch (not that way)

Ebenezers isn't too far from Portland and if your heading to Hill Farmstead, its kind of on the way. Portland to Ebenezers, stop in North Conway at Moat Mtn, then head over towards St. Johnsbury, Vt and take Rt 2 west on your way to Greenville. Rt 15 takes you into Morrisville (Rock Art ) then Rt 100 to Waterbury. With perfect planning ( and a designated driver ) you could hit them all.

I'd go into more detail but this tablet keyboard is driving me nuts :x

If in Burlington you may want to check out, www.burlingtonbrewtours.com, looks like a good way to hit a few brewerys in one day(they do the driving) , The stowe tour looks the best. Switchback and Magic Hat are not worth seeing IMO In town you can walk between 3needs, Vermont Pub and Brew, Zero Gravity/american Flatbread, and the Farmhouse(not brewery but excellent selection of craft beers on draft including Lawson's, Hill Farmstead, Allagash, .........
