Performing Extract vs. All Grain Experiment - same recipe

Any advise from anyone that has done this before? We are having a brew day this Thursday in which one brewer will brew an extract version of my all grain CDA. I used Beersmith to get the numbers as close to each other based on base malts vs. pale extract.

Does anyone have any "lessons learned" advice?

Keg#1 Dunkel
Keg#2 Helles
Keg#3 Flanders Red
Keg#4 Star San
Keg#5 Star San
Keg#6 Star San
