Ok so after much discussion (Read: Fighting), a couple beers, and a Big F-ing crowbar, we came up with a new plan. We embedded the fridge underneath the bar. Thus giving us a run from fridge to tap to only about 4-5 feet.
They will be wall mounted faucets so I'm still thinking that running the beer lines thru PVC in the wall is my best bet. Do you think I should still run a cooling line along with the 2 beer lines? This would be an air cooled line using a fan. Probably tied into my temp controller to go on when the fridge does.
Also would you just run a cold air line all the way up and have a return line? Or would you cut/drill holes in the cooling line to chill the beer all the way thru?
Any thoughts/ideas would be helpful.
