Anyone ever had custom beer glasses/steins made with their logo on them? Would love some info.

I did once. I just remember I decided the type of glass I wanted, did a lot of shopping around, and played a couple manufacturers against each other. It came out very well (albeit with a few misprints).

I was looking to do it again, and the company I used is no longer available.

I find the best prices depends on the type of glass you use. Although the profit margin on the shaker glasses is quite high, I don't like to drink out of them, so I tend to to look for what I like. Last time I got a 15oz english tulip (guinness style glass). 15oz glass is perfect for a 12oz bottle and a little bit of head formation. It had a good profit margin (was about $2 per glass), and is still to today my choice beer glass to drink out of. I tend to think it's a good type of glass for most types of ales and lagers.

You'll face a fairly large setup fee for the screen, more for each color you want to use, and the price per glass will decrease significantly with the number of glasses you order (both with respect to the screening and usually the actual glass itself).

oh, and one thing i forgot, the cheap glasses engrave alot better than the expensive lead crystal ones. the laser beams bounce off the lead particles and don't give as smooth lines

I got some pilsners glasses engraved with my name and my wife's name a few years back from ebay. They custom made them for us. Not sure how much different the equipment would be to do logos instead of letters, but it wasn't expensive.

I looked into this place to get some snifters with logos:

I've also seen some glass etching kits if you want to give it a shot yourself. They turn out pretty good. Like the previous poster said, cheaper glasses etch easier.

I have seen a lot of places where you can find custom glasses. But I am having a hard time designing my logo. I spend more time on the beer!
