hangovers and gas mix

Fri May 12, 2006 10:24 am

does using the beer mix gas on draft help lessen hangovers? Theres a bar I frequent and even when not drinking alot, some of us always get hangovers. Is it possible theyre not using the beer mix and just using straight co2? I can drink way more at other places and have no hangover...any ideas here?

I've always heard people say that drinks with carbonation gives them more of a hangover feeling than when drinking non carbonated drinks like vodka and orange juice. I don't know if it's based on any scientific fact or just peoples imagination.
ENJOY YER BEER and let them that don't want none have memories of not havin' any!

I find that the more unfermentable sugars the worse the hangover. That means the crystal malts hit me harder if their over done. Mixed drinks that are to sweet are rough too. From what I have learned the body has a harder time obsorbing them.
