Who's Brewing This Weekend?

I won't be brewing again until the end of September. Too hot, & the tap water is 80°F. So, it's too hard to even cool the wort until the weather changes.

Not going to be able to this weekend. I'm out of grain and won't be able to get anymore until sometime next week. I think I'll pick up some stuff to try making cheese while I'm at it.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Won't be brewing for a couple more weeks. Two weeks from now our brew club will be sending teams of homebrewers to the Nebraska State Fair to do live brewing demonstrations on three consecutive days. My team will be brewing an all grain Russian Imperial Stout (I think, still working on the recipe). A local craft brewery ( Empyrean ales http://www.telesis-inc.com/empyrean/ ) is donating the ingredients and have arranged for a 3 tier system for our use. All we have to do is show up, brew beer, answer questions, and take home free beer. Sure sounds like fun to me!
