I see that homebrew supply sites list liquid wheat extract as having a percentage of pale malt. Is this the same with the dry wheat extract or is it 100% malted wheat? thx

I just asked that question at my local shop. The DME is the same as the LME. Did not write it down but something like the standard 60/40 mix but dont quote me.
I was looking for pure wheat to play with an extract recipe but will have to tweak with grain.
You can always ask, they should know or be willing to find out. If you find pure wheat please post so I can get some.

I have been told by Northern Brewer that its the same mix as the LWE 65% wheat 35% pale.

Depends on the brand but for the most part you can assume 60/40 wheat/barley... they can range from 50/50 to 70/30.
