Trying to mimic the Dog Fish Head IBA. Let me know if you would make any changes to this recipe.

1.25lbs Muntons light dried malt extract

5.25lbs Muntons light liquid

1.0lbs Pilsner malt

15.2oz brewers corn syrup

10.9oz amber malt

10.8oz crystal 60

6.5oz coffee malt

2.2oz roasted barley

6oz brown sugar

11.5 AAU Warrior Hops

6 AAU Golding hops

6AAU Liberty Hops

Gonna dry hop with goldings and liberty

WLP005 yeast

I will post the step by step if anyone is interested.

Would you make any changes to this? Ill be purchasing in the next day or so gonna brew as soon as it all comes in.

Updates to come.

i believe the recipe is in the DFH brewing book, extreme beer...or something like that. your library probably has it if you don't.

It's in Extreme Brewing. If I can I'll try to remember to compare the 2.

Picked up Extreme Brewing at Barnes and Noble. The recipe is in there and the clone I posted above is much different.

Thanks
