Weyermans Pilsner

Hey JP is the Weyermans Pilsner malt grain highly modified, or does it need decotion mashing?

It's probably fully modified.

I guess it depends on whether it's the "Bohemian" or the "Well Modified"... Weyermann's website describes both, and since one is called "Well Modified", it goes to reason that the other is "less modified than the well modified" :asshat:
