Tapioca extract - need the info for beersmith

Thu Jul 31, 2008 4:05 pm

I bought some tapioca malt extract from my LHBS today, but they didn't have the details on the fermentability and sugar content which I need for Beersmith. I think that Breiss makes the malt, but I'm not 100% sure. Does anyone have any info on the Tapioca malt extract?

Briess DOES make tapioca malt extract. There are no fermentability stats on the web site.
I'd suggest you ask them yourself:
