Leave it for 2 weeks in primary. Do not rack it tomorrow. Your yeast needs time to process their byproducts.

Racking quickly to secondary is old school. You will NOT get autolysis after 2 weeks. Trust us.

The only time I rack into a secondary would be to dry hop the beer. Otherwise, why expose it to air. The dry hopping works better in a secondary because the majority of the yeast is gone.
Sounds good though. I remember my first batch, I had no idea what I was doing and it still turned out pretty good.
