First IPA now conditioning in the keg

Wed Apr 08, 2009 11:01 am

My first time using a yeast starter - putting Mr. Malty and BCS to work. Took FG reading last night on the IPA brewed the day Baloo did not eat any cheeseburgers and it dropped from 1.070 to 1.014 - so attenuation is going up from 75% to 80% using the same Cal Ale yeast, so yeast starter must be getting this part improved.

Had a tasty flat sample last night. Drop hopping today - can't wait to start drinking this one after it is all gassed up.

Baloo doesn't eat cheeseburgers = drop in gravity

Well, unless we want the earth to stop its rotation, and we all fly off into space, get that man some more cheeseburgers!!! And some nutter butter too... :nutters:
