I brewed a NB Biere de Chute kit yesterday and a partial mash Porter Saturday to catch up on missing a couple weekends of brewing.

Brewed a wit and an amber ale with a few issues http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10796#p104043.

I also did my first ever ciders and a cyser. Jacbop suggested trying both WLP001 and Red Star Cote des Blancs, so I've got one gallon of each going. The cyser was made with two pounds of honey and topped off to one gallon with more of the same juice and Red Star Cote des Blancs.
